Hospice
Avow Hospice was founded in 1983 as Collier County’s original, nonprofit hospice. Today, Avow’s companies care for the terminally ill as well as those who have serious and chronic illnesses with non-hospice palliative care and support. It also provides an in-patient hospice house and community centers.
Hope Healthcare provides services in Lee and Collier counties for end-of-life care, bereavement counseling, social enrichment programs, and other specialized services for people of all ages facing life-changing illness.
