Esplanade Marco Island | Marco Island
Located in the center of Marco Island, Esplanade is a waterfront, mid-rise condominium community with 72 residences and a 77-boat-slip marina on Smokehouse Bay. Residents can venture out from their own private dock, meet up for a flotilla with neighbors at KonTiki Island, or cruise around on the community’s boat that departs from the dock at the Island Club. This community of three waterfront, high-rise buildings with a total of 136 condo units is located on a 15-acre island in North Naples that overlooks Wiggins Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

The condos surround the Pelican Isle Yacht Club—Naples’ only private island club—with its full-service marina with 190 wet slips that can accommodate vessels up to 55 feet. Windstar on Naples Bay is a gated community with a deep-water harbor and a golf course close to downtown Naples. Windstar is nestled along 2 miles of Naples Bay and Haldeman Creek with a full-service marina. Its location provides easy access to Gordon Pass and the Gulf of Mexico, along the Port Royal and downtown Naples corridor, or southbound to Keewaydin Island and Marco Island. Southpointe Yacht Club is a 72-slip yacht basin, with slips ranging in size from 33 feet to 72 feet. Club amenities include a Tom Fazio–designed golf course, dining, tennis, and fitness programs, as well as other social activities. Windstar also offers a shuttle boat to Keewaydin Island.
